Following the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Delex Pharma celebrates today, July 13, 2021, its impressive milestones in twelve (12) years of soaring higher in the pharmaceutical industry. Since the unfolding year in 2009, the organization has braced itself for what it has become today.

With the company’s goal to improve its business processes to be more efficient and effective in maintaining a high standard of service delivery, it engaged in ISO training last October 13, 2020. Apart from that objective, the institution has aimed to be ISO certified in time for its 12th anniversary. Fortunately, the achievement has been unlocked on July 6, 2021, facilitated by Certification Partner Global (CPG), boosting the organization’s capability and credibility as one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies nationwide.

The ISO project is a priority initiative of Delex and has been supported by its adept and agile leaders. Thus, to kick off the plan, the company sought the guidance of ACF Consultancy and Training Services, assisted by one of its credible consultants Engr. Angelica Cortero Fraginal. Meanwhile, the Commercial Excellence Manager, Mr. Crisanto Quilala, has been appointed as the project lead to ensure the successful implementation of the program, which is critical for the company. All department heads and selected managers have made rounds to help administer the initiative.

Accomplishing the ISO requirements has been strenuous and never an easy road for the team. Haggling with their daily duties while handling the demands of the project is burdensome. Steered by CPG, the organization has undergone its first auditing stage on June 29, 2021, and luckily it surpassed the obstacles in the initial screening. July 6, 2021, was a momentous day for the team, as it has been officially ISO certified. The commitment and passion of the employees have prevailed, and they have been successful in flipping the pages from training to implementation. Amidst adversities, Delex Pharma continues to shine while striving to improve its business for the utmost satisfaction of its stakeholders and clientele.

Meanwhile, in its 11th year in 2020, the company proved its capability as an award-winning pharmaceutical company. Delex Pharma was recognized among the finalist-awardees conducted by the Asia CEO Awards 2020 on September 23, last year. It was enlisted in the winning organizations of Teletech Diversity Company of the Year. Likewise, the CEO, Mr. J. de Ruyter Oroceo, bagged a spot in the category of Global Filipino Executive of the Year, granted by SMART Communications.

In twelve (12) years of proving excellence and continuous breakthrough, the organization remained resilient in perpetuating its mission of meeting the gaps in critical care for Filipinos.
